Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Airdrops application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

Description of Service

Airdrops is a location-based treasure hunt application that allows users to discover, navigate to, and claim digital rewards (airdrops) placed at specific geographic locations. The service includes:

  • Interactive map showing available airdrops
  • Location-based claim verification
  • User profiles and leaderboards
  • Creator tools for placing airdrops
  • Administrative features for platform management

User Accounts

Account Creation

To claim airdrops, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, location spoofing, or abuse of the platform.

User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use GPS spoofing, location faking, or any other fraudulent methods to claim airdrops
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent claim limits
  • Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or rankings
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the application
  • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the service
  • Place airdrops with illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

Location Services and Fair Play

Airdrops relies on accurate location data to function properly. We employ anti-fraud measures to ensure fair play, including:

  • Detection of impossible movement patterns
  • Verification of location accuracy
  • Monitoring for GPS spoofing attempts
  • Analysis of claim patterns

Any attempt to cheat or manipulate the system will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all claimed rewards.

Creator Responsibilities

If you have Creator privileges, you agree to:

  • Only place airdrops in locations where users can legally and safely access
  • Ensure reward content is legal, appropriate, and does not violate any rights
  • Not use airdrops to spam, mislead, or deceive users
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding promotional activities
  • Respect private property and obtain necessary permissions

Intellectual Property

The Airdrops application, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Airdrops and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Rewards and Claims

Airdrops displayed on the platform are created by independent creators. We do not guarantee:

  • The value, validity, or availability of any reward
  • That rewards will be honored by their creators
  • That airdrops will remain available until you reach them

Once claimed, rewards are final and cannot be transferred or exchanged. We are not responsible for disputes between users and creators regarding reward fulfillment.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Airdrops service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results of using the service will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airdrops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Actions of other users or third parties
  • Any content obtained from the service

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Airdrops and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you create or share through the service

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
